Purpose Statement
The Personnel Ministry Unit (PMU) is responsible for all aspects of employment within the State College Presbyterian Church. PMU makes decisions and recommendations to Session on hiring, position classification, staffing levels and reviews. This is done in conjunction with the Pastor. PMU also coordinates employee training and other employment issues as necessary. Pastor Chuck Curley is the staff liaison to this unit.
