2026–2027 Health & Sickness Policies
1. If your child has been absent from school on a LOGOS day due to illness or fever, please keep them home from LOGOS as well.
2. Children should stay home if they have any of the following symptoms or conditions: fever of 100.4 or higher, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, unusual rash/spots, loss of smell or taste, shortness of breath, lice, or a diagnosis of COVID or flu.
3. In the event of a medical emergency, first aid will be provided. For serious injuries or emergencies, parents/guardians will be contacted, and the child may be taken to Mt. Nittany Medical Center, or emergency services may be called.
4. If your child requires approved medications during LOGOS, please include that information on this form.
