LOGOS Program (Grades 1–8)
LOGOS is a four-part program of Christian nurture including Bible Study, Worship Skills, Recreation/Activities, and Dinners for Children and Middle School Youth.
LOGOS
LOGOS is our vibrant midweek ministry for children and youth in grades 1–8. The program is divided into two groups:
GECKOS: Grades 1–5
Chrysalis: Grades 6–8
Together, GECKOS and Chrysalis form the LOGOS community.
Every Tuesday, we foster relationships through engaging activities such as:
Learning about God’s Word
Playing together
Developing worship leadership skills
Sharing meals
Laughing and praying together
Little LOGOS
We also offer Little LOGOS for younger children who come to LOGOS with a parent or caregiver who is volunteering with the program. Little LOGOS is designed for children in kindergarten and younger who are not yet old enough to participate in the regular LOGOS program.
Little LOGOS meets in Room 101 during the GECKOS portion of LOGOS and includes playtime, crafts, activities, and dinner.
Two Programs, One Community

LOGOS GECKOS begins with arrival at 4:00 pm, followed by programming from 4:15–7:00 pm.

Drop Off at 4:00 pm
Program run time: 4:15-7:00 pm

Pick up will be at 7:00 pm in the Social Hall on the ground floor.
LOGOS Chrysalis' Schedule
All the Details:
Drop-off begins at 4:15 pm
Cocoon Time 4:15 - 5:15 pm in the Sanctuary (This is an optional offering)
Chrysalis Program run time: 5:15 - 8:00 pm

Pick Up will be at 8:00 pm in the hallway on the ground floor of the church
Chrysalis incorporates the four parts of LOGOS into a schedule designed specifically for our middle school youth. It also has the feel of a youth group, with a caring leadership team that stays with the group throughout the evening.
Tuesday nights begin with a casual Gathering Time at 5:15 pm, which includes singing and time together. At 5:35 pm, the group moves into Worship Skills, where youth prepare to take an active role in worship leadership about once a month.
Family Time begins at 6:15 pm in the Fireside Room, where everyone gathers around the table for dinner, conversation, and fun. The final hour of the evening includes Activity Time and Bible Time, giving youth opportunities to play, build relationships, and explore topics of faith together.
