Stewardship 2019
Our stewardship theme for2019 has been "Local Family, Global Reach." In the Fall you heard from the Stewardship Committee as they shared with you stories of our church's impact on our lives and many others beyond our walls. Pledge cards were mailed to each home and we dedicated our pledges on Sunday, November 4. But it's never too late to make your pledge of support! Pledge cards are available in the rear of the Sanctuary or in the Church Office. Online Pledging Now Available
You may make your pledge by returning a pledge card or submitting an online pledge. Click here to complete an online pledge.

Be a good steward ... share your time, talent, and treasure. "Like good stewards of the manifold grace of God, serve one another with whatever gift each of you has received." 1 Peter 4:10 |
What is a Steward
?In the Christian sense, a steward is the manager of the affairs of God on earth. God has made each of us a steward and given us abilities and talents that are unique. We should use these abilities and talent to serve God in how we respect and care for ourselves, each other and the world.
A Christian steward serves God out of love and gratitude for these gifts. We share our time, talents and property, knowing that it’s not how much we have but what we do with what we have that is important.
Stewardship of Time – whatever time we have is a gift from God and we must use wisely in every activity. We must budget our time so that we are able to help fulfill God’s plan
Stewardship of Talents – God gives all people potential talents – each of us can share in God’s plan in our own way
Stewardship of Relationships – Our relationships with others are a gift from God: at home, at work and in Church
Stewardship of the Gospel – As Christian stewards, we are called to receive the Gospel, to share the Gospel and to reflect the Gospel in our everyday lives
Stewardship of Property – we know that whatever we have is a gift from God. In appreciation, we choose to share a financial portion of these gifts
We are called to give generously and regularly of time, talents and our possessions.

Restoring God's House Campaign
Thanks to all who helped us reach -- and surpass -- our goal of $1 million for the "Restoring God's House" Building Restoration campaign! The amount that was been pledged (as of April 9) and was revealed during worship on Palm Sunday was $1,047,422. Several more pledges came in with the revised total being $1,075,867.
Your support is allowing us to complete many projects that will restore and update our building for the generations to come. Much of the work is already completed. Pledges may be fulfilled through 2018. |
