UPDATE:  June 2026

Our team hosted the first “Draft Day” in late May, where volunteer leaders in the church had the opportunity to review the results of the Volunteer Accelerator survey administered in April.  The session concluded with each volunteer leader taking responsibility for contacting church members about further engagement in the church.  While this meeting only focused on those survey responders who were not already engaged in the church, it represents the first step in expanding volunteer engagement.  Our team is working on transitioning the oversight of the Volunteer Accelerator tool into the church infrastructure, so stay tuned for more news on this!
We have also delivered a few key operational items to the church staff, including a comprehensive operational calendar and results of the communication survey administered earlier in the year.

As we step into the summer months, our team will continue our work, but will operate at a slower pace, to allow for team members’ travel and vacation plans.   Our work will continue in the following areas:

• Continued work on the church logo 
• ​Prep for expanded rollout of church mission and values statement
  
• Groundwork for two major goals identified in the vision summit
