Strategic Implementation Team

The Strategic Implementation Team continues to meet weekly as we work through the transition of bringing our team’s work to a close.  We have been focusing on the following tasks:

• Summarizing our accomplishments and successes
• Organizing the two main goals, including recommendations and teams within the church for future implementation
• Working with church leadership to ensure that the work we have done will continue to remain active within the church community

Our team will complete our work by November, but we do not want to wrap up our tasks without sharing our experiences with the congregation.  We will host an Adult Ed session on Sunday, November 1st, and invite everyone to join us that day to share in what we have accomplished together!
