Strategic Implementation Team

As we move into the fall, we realize our work is not completed in a vacuum. We need to be sensitive to the surrounding environment and all the changes taking place within the church staff.  After consultation with the Ministry Architects Team and Pastor Scott, we have decided to put a temporary hold on the implementation phase of the two goals identified by the congregation last February. Given the current staff vacancies, we cannot expect to make much progress without key personnel in place to implement the strategy.

As a result, we will spend the next few months on the following tasks:

• Summarizing our accomplishments and successes
• Organizing the two main goals by including recommendations and teams within the church for future implementation
• Ensuring the work that has been done will remain active within the church community

Our team will complete our work by November of this year.  We will be hosting an adult ed session later in the fall to update the congregation on all of our work and future recommendations, so please stay tuned for that announcement.
