Summer Pathways
2025 Summer Pathways Volunteer Information
As you are planning your summer, I hope you will plan on bringing your young children or grandchildren to our Summer Pathways! We are also looking for teachers for this weekly 40-minute class that happens during worship.
While the program goes through the summer, there are a few Sundays we take off, so I'll list them here and watch the bulletin for those days!
SUMMER PATHWAYS SUNDAYS will be:
June 15 and 29
July 13, 20, and 27
August 17, 24, and 31
Our theme this summer is God Loves ALL of US! Each of us are unique and special! Each Sunday, a children's picture book will be assigned to it.
Summer Pathways is designed for children who are ages 3 through completed 2nd Grade. Older children and youth may sign up to be helpers, and I will put them to work assisting with the crafts and helping with anything else in the classroom!
Leaders will use the story, and the supplied lesson/craft ideas to go with the book! Plans will be written during the summer by Deannine, but all leaders will get plans at least 2 weeks in advance or more!
We can't have this program without people like YOU!! I appreciate each and every one of you who brings your child(ren) and who signs up as well !
Some of the books are now taken, but here are the books left to choose from:
The Coat, The Dress in the Window, I Love You - Blue, What the Crow Saw Below, A Very Big Problem, My Elephant is Blue, and Binkle's Time to Fly.
Sign up here to help !! Kids can just show up on Sundays!!
