Coffee Hour - Hosted by the Deacons & Friends
In the Social Hall at 10:00 am FOLLOWING the 9:00 am Worship Service
It’s pretty obvious that we all, or most anyway, enjoy Coffee Hour, even if it’s just to get a cup of coffee or tea and wander off to an Adult Ed session down the hall. For many, coffee or tea is vital. For others it’s a nice social amenity. But whatever the need or reason, we are happy to be offering an opportunity for good conversation and good cheer between the worship services.
Coffee Hour is at 10.00 am FOLLOWING the 9.00 am worship service, in the Social Hall (or outdoors if the weather permits). Coffee, a selection of teas, and snacks are offered. This is a time when congregation members can gather, visit and catch up.
So to make sure this lively part of our Sunday mornings stays healthy, there are a few things you can do to help.
Sign up to be a Coffee Hour Helper. Coffee Hour helpers are always needed and appreciated. It’s fun, and a great way to meet new people or visit with friends.
You can sign up using the Signup Genius by going to the bottom of this page and click on “Click Here to sign up…”, scroll down to the date(s) you want to help and click the “Sign Up” box(es), then click on “Submit and Sign Up”, and then just type your name in the box(es). The final step is to click on “Sign Up”.
If you’re new to Signup Genius, you may need to open an account or use your Facebook account.
Make donations. This is the simplest, but just as important way as helping out physically: put a donation in the donation boxes at least once a month.
