We have a new church management system which will allow us to stay better connected to each other - having information on all of our members will help us do that. Please complete the form, for you and your family, and submit it so we can have all the relevant information entered into the system. 

Addresses, phone numbers and email addresses will be included in our printed directory unless you opt out on the form
