![]() About Us ~
State College Presbyterian Church is a warm, diverse, dynamic faith community with people of all ages and generations coming together to learn, serve and worship together. In response to God’s unconditional love and Jesus’ example of hospitality, State College Presbyterian Church is called to be a welcoming community. We affirm all people equally, regardless of, for example, race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, capability, religious background, or circumstance of life. We are committed to removing barriers that separate us. As we gather in worship, fellowship and service, all are welcome.
Only members and friends of the church may access the directory - It is not to be used for any other purpose. If you need assistance accessing the online directory, please contact the church office. |

Summer Pathways
As you are planning your summer, We hope you will plan on bringing your young children or grandchildren to our Summer Pathways! We are also looking for teachers for this weekly 40-minute class that happens during worship.
SUMMER PATHWAYS SUNDAYS will be:
June 15 and 29
July 13, 20, and 27
August 17, 24, and 31
Our theme this summer is God Loves ALL of US! Each of us are unique and special! Each Sunday will have a children's picture book assigned to it.
Summer Pathways is designed for children who are ages 3 through completed 2nd Grade. Older children and youth may sign up to be helpers, and we will put them to work assisting with the crafts and helping with anything else in the classroom.
Leaders will use the story and the supplied lesson/craft ideas to go with the book. Plans will be written during the summer by Deannine, but all leaders will get plans at least 2 weeks in advance or more.

Summer Music!
While our Chancel Choir and Handbell Choir are on hiatus for the summer, there are still opportunities to participate in music. Please contact Heike if you would be interested in providing music for worship during the summer months. We will also have SUMMER CHOIR on three different Sundays. Anyone who likes to sing is invited to come be a part of a choir for worship that day. We will meet at 8:30 am in the Choir Room (Room 200, up on the 2nd floor right next to the elevator) and learn a simple piece of music to present in worship that day. Please talk with Heike if you have any questions! Mark your calendars for Sundays , at 8:30 am on:

These events go from 6:30 pm until 8 pm unless otherwise noted by Laura EH via email prior. These event details may also be changed due to inclement weather. Chrysalis has a pool party on August 19th. Any upcoming 6th graders are especially invited to join Chrysalis youth (finished 6th through 8th grade) for the August Chrysalis pool party.
