Presbyterian Church Ministries
In response to God’s unconditional love and Jesus’ example of hospitality, State College Presbyterian Church is called to be a welcoming community. We affirm all people equally, regardless of, for example, race, ethnicity, citizenship status, age, sex/gender identity, sexual orientation, capability, religious background, or circumstance of life. We are committed to removing barriers that separate us. As we gather in worship, fellowship, and service, all are welcome.
From worship, Exploration Hour, to midweek programs and mission trips, our children & youth programs help the next generation discover God’s love through learning, service, and community.
State College Presbyterian Church was founded in 1890 to minister to students of Penn State University. We continue that strong tradition to this day. ALL college students and young adults are welcome to join us for worship as well as regular fellowship activities and retreats throughout the academic year.
At SCPC we strive to provide meaningful and beneficial programs to ALL adults regardless of age or life circumstance. From Bible studies to prayer groups to service opportunities and so much more!
