Welcome to our Congregation and our Worship!
We believe that Jesus Christ came to reveal the fullness of God's love for us, and we continue to celebrate that love through praise, sacraments, service, and community.
State College Presbyterian Church is a warm, diverse, dynamic faith community with people of all ages and generations coming together to learn, serve and worship together
In response to God’s unconditional love and Jesus’ example of hospitality, State College Presbyterian Church is called to be a welcoming community. We affirm all people equally, regardless of, for example, race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, capability, religious background, or circumstance of life. We are committed to removing barriers that separate us. As we gather in worship, fellowship and service, all are welcome.

Prayer is the name of an ongoing project remade around the world since its first presentation by the artist James Webb in his hometown of Cape Town, South Africa, in 2000.
The work consists of recordings of prayer from individuals who belong to various faith communities in the host city. Listeners are invited to remove their shoes and walk the length of the carpet, listening as they go to the gathered voices or kneeling or sitting next to a speaker to listen to a particular prayer.
We have created a similar experience here at State College Presbyterian Church. which will be available on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday (April 18 and 19) in the Martin Room. We hope you will come and partake in this experience.
