Sunday Morning Pathways for Elementary Age - Program Year

Our Sunday Morning Program for Children classes is PATHWAYS!
PATHWAYS  (Preschool and Elementary)  10:30 - 11:30 am​

• Our youngest, 3's up through 1st graders meet in Room 209
• Our 2nd - 5th graders meet in Room 210
• Children, Worship, & Song meets in Room 11 during the worship service (following the Children's Message)

Every effort will be made to teach and accommodate for all needs/ages.  We use the PCUSA curriculum, "Growing in Grace and Gratitude".  About once a month, we will have a music class during each Pathways class with our Director of Music Ministry, Heike Burghart Rice, so that the children get a chance to know her and learn some songs.

SUNDAY MORNING SCHEDULE ​

Each Sunday we offer classes for Preschoolers through High School students.  We are presently using "Growing in Grace & Gratitude" (PCUSA) for our  Elementary children up through Grade 5.  Children, youth, and teachers are always on a faith adventure as they learn about the Bible and our faith traditions in the Presbyterian Church. Each session of Growing in Grace & Gratitude is rooted in Bible stories that reveal God's grace. 

The hallway to our Elementary wing features a hand painted mural that says "Where The Bible Comes to Life ..."  And we hope it does indeed "come to life" in our classes.

The Sunday School Classes start at 10:30 am.  Children 3, 4, K and  1st and  2nd grades can go to Children, Worship & Song, following the Children's Message during the worship service. Children in 3rd Grade and older will stay in worship with their families.
