College-Age Ministries ~ Presbyterian Student Fellowship
Who we are ... Presbyterian Student Fellowship is an official student organization of Penn State. PSF is a space and a community. We host weekly gatherings, on-campus events, and Spring Break experiences. You'll find opportunities to discover honest conversations, good friends, vocational and spiritual support, and a bit of peace in your college life. If you want to help support this ministry or you’re a college-aged person that wants to get involved contact Allison Maus. |
What We're Doing ...
Thursday Night Fellowship Gatherings - During PSU Fall and Spring Semesters
We are currently meeting Thursdays 6-7 pm at State College Presbyterian Church. You can join us for a time of checking-in, slowing down, and exploring how we are called to live as people of faith on campus and in the world. All are welcome. Masks are required. If you have any questions about what you can expect from our gatherings please send Allison a note. |
Anti-Racism as People of Faith Small Group
In Collaboration with Lutheran Student Community and Wesley Foundation at PSU, we will gather virtually every month to discuss how we can be more actively anti-racist. We will read articles, watch videos, share experiences together to drive our discussion and push ourselves to learn new things about the history of systems of racism so that we might work for a future filled with more justice and love. This group will meet once a month and you can join any time. Send Allison an email if you would like to participate or receive more information.

Meet our Associate Pastor in Campus and Young Adult Ministries
Allison began work with us August 2018. She was inspired to work with college students while serving as a Graduate Ministry Intern at Whitworth University in Spokane, WA. She graduated from Princeton Theological Seminary with a Master in Divinity with fieldwork in both a hospital setting, and as a Student Pastor at Beacon Church in Philadelphia leading people in faith, mission, art, and storytelling. Here at SCPC she spent three years as an Associate in Ministry and was ordained on June 27, 2021 as SCPC's Associate Pastor in Campus and Young Adult Ministries. She works with the Presbyterian Student Fellowship students on campus and supports Theology unTapped with Young Adults. You can reach Allison at 814-238-2422 or allisonscpc@gmail.com. |
